Girls Win ICSHL Championship in Triple Overtime

Goalies for both teams battled it out until Haverford's Alicia Potts scored in triple overtime to secure the championship for the Fords 2-1 over WC East.

Girls Win ICSHL Championship	Girls Blank Unionville in Semis	New Video Added for Girls Team
It was a long, hard fought game, with goalies for both teams battling it out, until Haverford's Alicia Potts scored in triple overtime to secure the win for the Fords 2-1 over WC East in the ICSHL Championship game at Ice Line.	Unionville was stifled by the clutch goaltending of Haverford backstop Chelsea Polidoro, who earned the shutout in her team's 3-0 victory over the Indians in the Inter-County Scholastic Hockey League Girls semifinals at Ice Line.	We've uploaded a new video to the Photos & Video section for the Girls team. Be sure to check back often to see new photos and video from your team!


Varsity Prepares for Flyers Cup	Make a Wish Tournament	2010 Hockey Banquet
Varsity is finally getting a chance to relax, getting a bye in the first round of the Flyers Cup, after playing 3 hard fought games in 4 nights. They will face off against Cinnaminson Thursday, March 16th, 7:00pm at the Skatium.	Our elementary and middle school jv teams will be competing in the Make a Wish Tournament March 12 - March 14 at the University of Delaware, in Newark, Delaware. The puck drops at 9:40am Saturday morning, as they'll be facing off against some of the best talent in the area.	This year's high school hockey banquet will be held at Anthony's Ristorante and Banquet Center on Monday, April 5th at 6:30pm. Be there as we hand out awards, recognize individual players, and honor this year's outgoing seniors.

Player Spotlight

#7 Adam Joskowicz

Varsity Defense

Adam's been playing ice hockey for over 10 years. He's played "AA" travel hockey for the Haverford Hawks, and varsity for the Fords starting in his sophomore year. His personal goal while on the ice is to make sure that nobody gets by him for a goal, as well as setting up and making plays down the ice. Adam is a leader both on and off the ice, and maintains a positive, can-do attitude. While with the Fords he's received the Most Valuable Defensemen award on JV, and won the division championship with Varisty two years in a row.
